Our Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@newevolutionshop.com
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send your item back to the address on the shipping label. This is often a logistics hub, and we will not be able to process your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right, either via a refund or a replacement.
General Returns (Change of Mind) To be eligible for a general return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (typically 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
